Cancellation Policy

𝙲𝙰𝙽𝙲𝙴𝙻𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 I understand that life can be unpredictable and schedule adjustments need to be made sometimes but as a courtesy I ask that you please give 48hours notice for any cancellations/ reschedules. Less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service missed. 𝙽𝙾 𝙲𝙰𝙻𝙻 / 𝙽𝙾 𝚂𝙷𝙾𝚆 Failure to reach out , or show up to your scheduled appointment will result in removal from the client list and no future appointments. Cancellation fee applies. 𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙴 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 Kindly note, I reserve a set amount of time especially for you. If you are running late, please text as soon as possible. If you are running more than 10-15min late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service in which I will offer a shorter service time so we aren’t running into other clients booked times.
